Context
Swissnex is an outpost of the Swiss Embassy in the United States, they needed to revamp their communication strategy for the 10+ years lead Startup Program for empowering Swiss Startups to Internationalize.
CONTRIBUTIONS
From inception, Perrine Huber and I implemented tools for both synchronous and asynchronous feedback in project branding. This dynamic approach ensured alignment, adaptability, and collaboration, leading to the successful launch within approximately 6 weeks from the initial briefing call.
CONCEPTUAL THINKING
Since the beginning of the communication, it was imperative to develop a unified message, we strategically integrated the StartUp Bootcamp program with the established Swissnex brand, resulting in a potent branch with an impactful presence.
